Review about Gravel Master
An appalling outfit. Avoid. No refund received yet from order cancellation 3 weeks ago. No telephone customer service available (not even queues they just drop the call) because of Corona; despite still trading and selling goods. I cancelled an order for £138+ on 9th April 2020 after being told by email on the expected day of delivery that delivery would be delayed for a further 6 days (to the 15/4/20). I sent a written email cancellation request and asked for my card to be refunded. I got a prompt email reply confirming the cancellation and advising that I should expect up to a 7-10 working day delay before the refund shows up in my account (this is up to a 2 week delay to 25th April). On the 19th April I chased up by email and had a Customer service agent reply on 21st April saying they have sent the refund request to the accounts department to be processed ‘this may take some time to show in your account’. Not happy with this outcome I sent another email on 24th April to say that I was unhappy and that this refund should be prioritised as it has already been 14 days since the cancellation & when I asked for my refund. I received a same day reply from the same Customer Services agent confirming the refund request was sent to their accounts department on 14th April. At the time of writing on 29th April 2020 (20 days after my cancellation and refund request) funds are not showing in my account. They are happy to have your money and don’t want to process refunds. No accounts department telephone number, no interest in providing a refund. This lock down is bringing out the best and worst companies. This is a bad one.
