I'm paying for an app/diet that my doctors have advised me not to do after getting abnormal Serum Urea (protein) blood results after my routine blood tests. Since stopping the diet and their protein powders to reach their extremely high protein targets my bloods have returned back to normal. I provided proof of this to Team RH and they are refusing to delete my account saying that I signed up for a year, even after promising to delete the account if I provided proof!! They just send threatening demands after cancelling my direct debit so now I'm paying for something I'm not following or using. It adds hours onto your day with all the weighing of every bit of food that goes into your mouth. It is not a balanced diet and they don't care if it affects your health. The main man was even trying to use the diet injections alongside to see if he can help them!!! It's just about making money. Being patronising bullies is apparently the new way of dieting!!!
