I ordered a crystal almost a month ago - still no shipping confirmation and they are IMPOSSIBLE to contact despite there being a phone number published on their website. They don't answer the phone and don't get back to you even when you leave a voicemail. I have sent 2 emails enquiring when I am likely to receive my crystal (if ever). Since it was a gift and the occasion has now passed (I had to buy an alternative gift obviously) I really don't want the crystal now - but since the company offers no communication whatsoever, requesting a refund seems like an unlikely option. BE WARNED - GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDE BERTH!!
