All shoppers and all wowcher shoppers do not buy from these, you will not get your parcel, what you will get is problems, lies, and head aces, I ordered an apple watch through wowcher. They stated it would be delivered by the 11th of December, this date arrived and no watch I followed up with an email, a few days later they stated that it had been dispatched and I should check my neighbours as it may be with them, its a possibility!!! I checked with them all I even reviewed my house CCTV for the week, nothing, I re-contacted them asking for the tracking information as nothing was delivered and I informed them about my CCTV, I got no reply from them for over 7 emails. I got a little worried and contacted Wowcher and raised a case and asked for a refund as I was worried that I had been ripped off. Wowcher were very good, they informed me that they had been in contact with the company and they had a few problems with all the orders and they have lost all the watch orders, (mmm very suspicious, and yet they didn't want to tell me this in all the emails I sent to them) anyway Wowcher offered me a full refund or an extra 50 pounds on my original money spent as store credit to spend in wowcher only. I took the full refund in cash. My order with Ugoagogo never got dispatched and they are blaming currier service for losing it I urge you all to contact Wowcher and get your money back and if your think of using Ugoagogo don't however warn others. Although Wowcher were very good to pay my money back they are also at fault, for not doing Due diligence on Ugoagogo.
