I had bad experiences with companies in the past, but I never experienced anything like this. I called the company to ask them a few questions about their service. Well, it took nearly fifteen minutes for someone to come to the phone. I couldn’t believe it! To add insult to injury, the customer service agent was extremely rude and impatient with me.

Do you ever have an out of body experience where you’re looking at yourself and wondering how you got yourself into a situation? That is exactly how I felt after five minutes on the phone with this place. Trust me, I’m not calling you for fun. Maybe inject a little bit of professionalism into your customer service. You don’t have to actually care about me, but I’m going to need you to at least pretend you do. What an embarrassment this whole experience was. Not for me but for them.
