I work extremely hard for my money. When I pay for a service, I expect it to meet or surpass my expectations. Dealing with this company has been a frustrating experience for me. The service is terrible and it seems like no one at this company really cares about how their customers feel. I will not recommend this company to anyone

I spent almost an hour on hold, got disconnected, called back, and spent another 35 minutes on hold before someone answered. And they couldn’t even answer my question. I asked to speak with a manager because I was quite upset at this point. I was placed on hold again for another 15 minutes and then disconnected again! You can’t tell me that wasn’t on purpose. I wish I had gotten that person’s name but I was too upset. Who treats customers like this? Incredibly inappropriate!
