Review about Pinnacle Logo
I spent almost an hour on hold, got disconnected, called back, and spent another 35 minutes on hold before someone answered. And they couldn’t even answer my question. I asked to speak with a manager because I was quite upset at this point. I was placed on hold again for another 15 minutes and then disconnected again! You can’t tell me that wasn’t on purpose. I wish I had gotten that person’s name but I was too upset. Who treats customers like this? Incredibly inappropriate!
