Warning never book through Expedia. My family recently booked a holiday to Hawaii, on the booking confirmation our total amount was different to what amount was taken from the credit card. Expedia charged $2,000 more then what was on our total bill and now will not refund the difference. Will never book through Expedia again!!! They are scammers, we are taking the matter to police as they have stolen money...

I will never use expedia.com again that was so rude they didn't even know their own policies and guidelines and rules they're located in the Philippines so when I realize there's a problem and I tried to get some results I can't because it's after hours and nobody knows any of their own policy rules long story short they book me a room I paid for it what initially started to pay for it got to the room was unavailable they said I could get my money back on my card immediately and now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days I'm homeless just trying to find some shelter and will be out of shelter for 7 to 10 days now with a child and their response was sorry five other agents gave you wrong information but these are the rules 7 to 10 days they suck Better Business Bureau should shut them down all of this could have been avoided if Expedia released my money the bank sad because of the situation they would avoid their five to seven day waiting period same as the hotel the hotel said the same thing but you know Expedia can't do that and they're the ones who made the mistake by putting it in the computer as a full refund instead of a reversal and they get to go home to their family is sleep in a warm bed myself and child and spousal other hand have to find somewhere to park at to sleep and I forgot about our dog who just had puppies 2 weeks ago four of them we'll all be in a car sleeping for this 7 to 10 days

After being on hold for 3.5 hours and having to talk to person after person, Expedia FINALLY admitted they ******* up my flight to Baltimore. I will NEVER use them again....worst customer service I have ever seen!!!

I made a booking through Expedia and chose the "pay at hotel" option. When I went to cancel the reservation 2 days later not only their site not allow me to cancel the 2nd room, I discovered that they had charged my visa right away!!! They told me that the refund would take 7 days. They wouldn't take responsibility for the mistake. I will never use Expedia again because they are not trustworthy and do not make good on their mistakes.

Never use Expedia to book anything, the prices just keep going up every minute, even when your about to submit everything. Also, NEVER EVER try calling them, I was talking to one of the associates and after 5 long hours she still did not book me a flight, she keep on making the prices go up when I gave her my credit card information and she keep on doubling and tripling the price, and when I said, "I'm done talking" and I wanted to cancel everything she just transfer the call to someone else, and I WAS MAD. So never ever use it. It is very untrustworthy and a wast of your time.

Because of their Dominance we pay this company 19% commission on every motel room booked for my business. Due to their errors in company contact information page their communications to collect some small fee were not reaching me, small business owner. Finally on my initiative I locate the way to access and find my business is frozen out, I wanted to pay right away but can not pay. I filled up their web page form, call them but no resolution for over a week. They have due to their poor procedure caused me significant financial harm and no one in the company can get me in touch with persons responsible to fix the web page so I can pay them and get every thing resolved. Every call costs me an hour or so. This Company seems uses United Airlines as model to be deaf to realities of a small business owners life, take out 19% of his gross revenue from each room and still fail to give satisfactory service and responses in timely manner. My question to them: How will you reimburse me for all the financial losses caused to me by your inefficiency? has not been answered. This company needs to improve its ways and not bite the hands that feed it. Its top executives make almost a billion dollars a year while crushing their patrons who give them Revenue. Its existence causes Motel Room Prices to go up because buck passes to end users who need motel room for any reason. Some one in Authority need to wake up and resolve this Tremendous Issue without waiting to see how much its lobbiests will put in the next election fund. Such old tricks will not shield this company, once motel customers realise and avoid using Expedia.
