I booked a car transfer from the coast of France to Bordeaux airport and paid for it. The driver confirmed the trip to me by whatsapp the day before. On the day of pick up, i sent him a message 15min before the agreed time to check. no response. 10min before. no response. at the pick up time, no response. I called Get Transfer who told me they would call him and call me back. Basically, none of them called me back, the car never showed up. I had to get a Uber at the last moment and ended up missing my flight - the only one on that day to my destination. Get transfer refused to refund me or do any commercial gesture. Never use them as they have 0 control on the reliability of the drivers who "win" the trips and 0 customer service.

We used this service in Paris in November 2018 to return to the airport for our departure to the US very early in the morning. I checked the rates offered, the car make and model, AND the number of reviews that the driver had, since a number of the drivers had no reviews, meaning no known track record. After booking and paying, when I received no email from the driver, I contacted him asking him to reconfirm, and he did. We went to our final dinner in Paris, returned to our room and packed before going to bed. Just as we were going to bed I received an email from our driver, providing the name, license plate number and phone contact for a DIFFERENT driver. It was too late to do anything. The next morning the driver did not show and when the hotel called on our behalf he claimed to be sleeping in the car some blocks away! He showed up 15 minutes late, sped the airport at a dangerous speed, missed the turn to our terminal at CDG and then wasted another 5-10 minutes circling around the entire airport to get us back to our departure terminal. The company's attitude since I filed a complaint has been one of utter indifference and they have completely re-interpreted the "rules" so of course they are right and the customer is totally wrong.

We booked a car and paid a deposit to pick us up from Venice airport at 10:30AM. We arrived and cleared customs by 8:15AM. Called the driver to ask that he pick us up earlier but said it was not possible, we would have to wait until 10:30AM. We found a taxi service at the airport to take us to the cruise terminal. Get Transfer would not refund our deposit even though driver was given enough notice (1 1/2 hours) to book another pickup. So happy I did not pay in full up front.

Used gettransfer for return trip from Amsterdam to Bruges. Driver made one trip, collected 70% money and did not turn up for return trip. Stopped answering my messages and calls and left us high and dry. We could have missed our flight had we waited for him. I sent a mail to gettransfer and they replied that they will get back to me but never did. We were to leave at 5.30 in the morning for Amsterdam airport and where would I have gotten cab at that hour had I relied on gettransfer. I will never use gettransfer again.

I can't complain about everything when it comes to this company. Their phone number was relatively easy to remember. Also, the music they play when their customers are on hold wasn't bad either. I should know because I was put on hold for 37 minutes so I got to hear the hold music for a long time. Unfortunately, these are the only two good things that I can say about the company. The customer service and the work were horrible. I will never waste my money working with this company again.
