Review about Gravel Master
Below is my review I posted on Trustpilot on 21st April, still no delivery or communication since but they have requested Trustpilot to remove my negative but honest follow up review posted on Trustpilot yesterday. I echo the negative posts on here regarding the shambolic lack of customer care, zero communication and "Ostrich - Head in the Sand" approach to what amounts to at best shambolic business management and at worst calculated financial exploitation during exceptionally difficult times. Still waiting for bulk bag of gravel from order placed on 5th April, no idea what the situation is and have raised an issue through Paypal. It is clearly transparent that false positive reviews are being posted to attempt to drown out the negative posts - a more accurate reflection is to be seen on Trustmeter. Maybe I should cancel this order and re order as their website is currently showing "Next Day Deliver". Advice to Gravel Master - Deal with your existing unhappy customers by using any form of communication, stop misleading consumers with your website falsehoods, stop taking orders under false pretence, sort out the logistics and fulfill your existing orders.
